KK100, which is previously known as KK Financial Center, is a 100-storey, 441.8m skyscraper at Shennan Avenue East in the Luohu District of Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It is jointly designed by two British companies, TFP and ARUP, while it is constructed by China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp.Ltd.

KK100 project includes a 5A office building, a KK-MAll, a St. Regis Hotel. This project has become a financial symbol in the world, connecting Shenzhou City with the world. Besides, it is also a great strategic platform for other countries to enter into China.


The general building area for KK100 is 42,353.96 sqm, including 35,990.16 sqm for construction land and 42,353.96 sqm for land area. The total investment of this project is about 5 billion RMB. In addition, this project is located in the financial center of Luohu District, where situates 74% of bank agencies, 80% of insurance institutions and 40% of securities institutions in Shenzhen City. In addition, this area also gathers Shenzhen’s 60% financial assets and 90% foreign-funded banks.
