In the June of 2000, Dongyue Light Steel Construction Manufacturing Co., Ltd changed its name to Shandong Zhongtong Steel Structure Engineering CO., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as ZTGG). ZTGG is located in Nanjiao Industrial Park, which specializes in design, manufacturing and erection of structural steel. In 2003, this company invested and constructed a heavy steel workshop with the area of 20,000 sqm, while it founded a technological research center for steel structural projects in April, 2007. In 2009, the technology building designed and constructed by ZTGG was totally completed, while the 50-ton uplifting crane fabricated by ZTGG was also put into use. 

 

With the registered capital of RMB 120 million and total assets of RMB 800 million, ZTGG now has a product manufacturing base with the area of 200,000 sqm and its yearly steel structural capacity reaches to 200,000 tons. Their products cover seven building systems such as multilayer, high-rise heavy steel structure, space pipe truss structure, bridge structure, residential structure, light-weight portal structure, intelligent logistics management systems and top-grade metal maintenance system, which are widely applied to nuclear energy facilities construction, aviation station, bridge, stadium, exhibition center, intelligent logistics, residential building, etc.　

 

Now, ZTGG has a technology center, two steel structural manufacturing factory and a nuclear power equipment manufacturing factory. With years of fabrication experience, this company has grasped the advanced processing fabrication technologies, such as welding technology for thick plate (100mm), fabrication technology for variable cross section, positioning technology for special nodes, processing and fabricating technology for box-section member, fabrication technology for large-span space frame, etc.

 

As for the quality system, ZTGG has set up the quality management online system connects production, erection and sales process together. In addition, they have passed AISC, EN, ISO9001:2007, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999 Certifications. As the only steel structural R&D Center and steel structural quality inspecting and testing center in Shandong province, ZTGG has 16 Grade-A registered construction engineers, 8 Grade-A registered structural engineers, over 120 intermediate and senior engineers and 115 professional technicians of different sorts.
