Shandong Luneng Guangda Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (LNGD), which has more than 20 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and occupies an area of 210,000 sqm, including a factory building area of nearly 60,000 sqm with a yearly capacity of steel structures of 100,000 t. At present, LNDG has 698 employees, including 56 engineers and technicians with senior and intermediate titles, 168 qualified welders and 394 professionals in other fields. The company has passed the ISO9001, AISC quality system certifications as well as qualification for Grade D Pressure Vessel Manufacturer. 

 

LNGD has three branch plants and owns many advanced items of equipment such as automatic welding production line and three-dimensional CNC drilling machines. The company also has the capacity to produce the steel structure for power station boilers below 1000MW, mainly engaging in manufacturing of the steel structures for boilers, plants, industrial and civil buildings and hoisting equipment, etc. The products have been widely exported to many nations like U.S., Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Zambia and Turkey, and the total weight of exported products has reached over 65,000 t. 

 

LNGD has manufactured over 880,000 t of various steel structures and supporting items for power stations for over 110 large and middle scale power plants, including many boiler steel structures with the power capacity of 1000MW for Guodian Beilun No.1 Power Generation Co., Ltd, Pengcheng Power Plant of China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited, Guohua Xuzhou Power Plant, Shaanxi Qingshuichuan Power Plant and Huadian Laizhou Power Plant. Additionally, the company has manufactured over 20,000 t of all kinds of steel structures for CGN Yangjiang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.
