“Petal Building” project is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, it is the pre-fabricated building with the main structure of steel column & beam. The total building area of this project is 91,497.91 sqm, including 57,770.61 sqm of above ground building area, and 33,737.3 sqm of underground building area. The total investment of this project is 450 million RMB. The total steel consumption of this project is 8,000 t, and it adopts the assembling technology of steel structure, steel reinforcement truss floor deck. The underground parts of this project mainly use the reinforcement concrete frame structure, used for garage and device room, while the ground parts adopt the steel frame structure, used for exhibition hall, five-star hotel, office building, etc

From the perspective of design, this project has the unique appearance, not only shaped as blooming “petals”, but also a flying “butterfly”. The outside part of 1^st and 2^nd floors of this project adopts inclined column with 85 degrees, and curved glass façade used in this building. External wall of each floor adopts the cantilevered steel beams, and the using period of structure design for this building is 50 years. In addition, all steel columns & beams, and inclined supports are pre-fabricated in the workshop according to the detailing design. Pre-fabricated steel components will be sent for site erection by using both welding and high-strength bolting connection way.
