Recently, Shanghai New Development Bank Tower has been successfully capped, and Shanghai Construction Steel Structure (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd is responsible for the steel structural processing fabrication. This bank tower is the first international financial bank in Shanghai upon “The Belt, The Road” strategy, and it adopts core tube structure. Meanwhile, this project is 150 meters high, including 30 floors on the ground and 4 underground floors. The land of this project is 12,000 sqm, while its total building area is 126,000 sqm. Additionally, the total steel consumption of this project is 1,5000 t. This project is planned to be completed and put into use before September of 2021. Once completed, it will be a new landmark along the Huangpu River.
