The total investment of this project is planned to be 511.185 million RMB. This Civic Center has 7 floors in total, including 6 floors above the ground and 1 underground floor. From 1st to 3rd floors, it adopts steel reinforced concrete structure, while this center adopts the steel structure for 4th to 6th floors, which will be finally assembled on site. Parking lot is in the underground floor, which will be equipped with charging posts on completed.
This project takes the design concept of “traditional Chinese garden”, it has 2 round tower buildings with the diameter of 104 m, which functioned as civic activity area and Chinese-style yard for citizens. For the towered building, it adopts steel frame supporting structure, the height of which is 42.32 m, while the main structure of this center also contains plane truss, arc-shaped truss, hanging frame, buckling-restrained brace, etc. The total steel consumption of this project is 13,100 t.
