Sun Plaza of Guangzhou International Bioisland(GIB)is located in Guanzhou Island, Guangzhou City. The total building area of this project is 107,076 sqm, including 40,000 sqm of plaza. The Sun Plaza is in circular structure, while its diameter reaches to 300 m. This project is consisted of 9 core tubes, offices, business, meeting, exhibition, scientific and research function area. Meanwhile, it is the new landmark for Guangzhou City.

This project adopts 3D organizational design, making it possible for the outdoor open space to be shared while retaining the independence of each single unit. Moreover, the building creates two layers vertically: the ground-level natural landscape system and the upper structure of urban scenery platform. In addition, this project also contains other auxiliary facilities, which creates a huge garden-like architectural space, and the citizens can enter into the plaza in any directions.
