Sanya Phoenix Island Project, the artificial filled island, is located in Sanya City, Hainan Province. The planned building area for this project is about 480,000 sqm, and its total floor area ratio is 1.1. Meanwhile, a bay bridge with the length of 394 m and width of 17 m connecting this project with Sanya City. This project mainly includes 7 parts: Super Star Hotel, International Health Resort, Business Club, Business Street in Tropical Style, International Yacht Club, Olympic Theme Park, and International Cruise Port.

Super Star Hotel, 200-meter high, occupies 134,000 sqm of area. It has 49 floors in total, including presidential suites, five-star hotel, property-hotel, and international convention center. International Health Resort, with the total building area of 204,000 sqm (180,000 sqm of land for selling), is consisted of 5 serviced hotels, which are 100 meters high (28 floors). In particular, these hotels are equipped with 100-meter high sky gardens on top. Business Club occupies 7,700 sqm of land, which contains 34 villas with full sea view, and each villa has a private pool and a garden. Business Street in Tropical Style, with the total area of 50,000 sqm, contains 7 buildings with 3 floors. International Yacht Club (1,651 sqm in total) is located in the northwest of Phoenix Island, and it has 300 berths for yacht. Olympic Theme Park (560,000 sqm in total) is consisted of phoenix sculpture, VIP club and entertainment plaza. International Cruise Port will set cruise terminals with 60,000 t, 100,000 t and 250,000 t.
