Dynamic Tower Settled in Dubai by 2020

Design conception for “Dynamic tower” was raised by David Fisher in2008, comprising 80- storey and 420 meters high, dynamic tower will be newlandmark and the second tall building in Dubai, even second tall residentialbuilding in the world, after 432 Park Avenue in New York.

 

Dynamic Tower will be the first skyscraper, of which the independentrotating floor connects with central shaft; most part of the building is madeof special steel with low hardness and better flexibility, and about 90% ofbuilding are fabricated in plant and transported to field. The central shaftdesign is key and hard part, which connects the all floors together firmly andmakes sure each floor rotate separately meanwhile. Wind power and solar powersupply for each “dynamic tower”, 79 wind turbines at most are installed in eachfloor to meet the power demands. The “dynamic tower” is equipped with thefunction to identify the weather and temperature to reduce the energyconsumption by temperature control system.

 

It is often said that construction is solidified art, but Dynamic Toweris the revolutionary reform, each floor of the building can be rotated throughvoice control system in 360 degree freely with various wonderful shape andwithout any impact on other floor as well. David Fisher imagines changing theimpression on building and to meet a new dynamic living space era byintegrating the rotating, green energy and high-efficient construction.
