JXHX Won A Project In Jiangxi Cultural Center

Recently, Jiangxi Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd. (JXHX) and another local construction company have jointly signed a project contract from Jiangxi Cultural Center. This project will be located in the central area of Honggutan New District, Nanchang City. It will comprise a museum, a library and a science & technology museum. The total land area of this project will be 199.4 mu, while its construction area will be about 250,000 sqm. The steel consumption of this project will be 10,000 t.


                             


Museum

The building area is about 85,182.43 sqm. Its building height can be 42 meters (roof height) with 5 floors on the ground, while its underground building height can be 5.6 meters with 1 floor. This project will adopt H-shaped steel columns, cross steel pillars and shaped steel beams. Meanwhile, the biggest cross section of the column is Φ700*700, while the largest cross section for beam is Φ1200*300. Of this project, the biggest plate thickness is 50mm. The roof covering will use bidirectional pipe truss structure with the span of 38 m.


                             


Library

The building area is about 94,219.4 sqm. Its building height can be 55.4 meters (roof height) with 6 floors on the ground, while its underground building height can be 6.0 meters with 1 floor. In the middle part of this library will adopt frame shear wall structure, including box column, steel plate shear wall (concrete-filled) . The roof covering will use 3D special-shaped pipe truss structure. This project will use H-shaped steel columns and shaped steel beams, while the largest plate thickness is 40 mm.


                             


Science & Technology Museum

The building area is about 65,882.84 sqm. Its building height can be 39.5 meters (roof height) on the ground, while its underground building height can be 5.8 meters with 1 floor. This project comprises SRC structure, glass canopy, ball screen, spiral stair and special-shaped roofing cover, among which, glass canopy uses 3D truss with the maximum span of 40 meters. In the middle of this museum, it will adopt frame shear wall structure, while the roof covering will use special-shaped round pipe truss structure and stiffness structure. In addition, this project will use H-shaped steel columns and shaped steel beams, while the largest plate thickness is 40 mm.
